Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Processing Time
We process and ship orders from our Chicago office Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM CST. We aim to process and ship your orders within 2-3 business days, but please understand that during peak holiday and promotional times or for select handcrafted pieces, it may take up to 10 business days. We will reach out and contact you if your order is expected to ship after 3 business days. You will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Shipping & Handling
Our standard rate of $20 covers shipping, handling and insurance. 2-day and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. Please note: Expedited shipping does not change processing time for custom or out-of-stock pieces.
Shipping to International locations may be subject to higher shipping charges and additional fees for taxes and duties. Please contact our sales team for more information prior to making your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. Shipping not included.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalized or custom items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges of most unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. To exchange your order, please include the original invoice with your contact information, along with your desired selection. All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge.
Please note CWC accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via CWC only. Products purchased through our retail partners must be returned and/or exchanged to that specific retail location. Respective retailer return and exchange policies apply.
You will receive an email notification from CWC when we receive and process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be processed.
CWC accepts returns or exchanges via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to our address below (ATTN: RETURNS). CWC is NOT responsible for lost returns packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. Please address all returns and exchanges to:
