Returns and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Merchandise in new, unworn and saleable condition can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Documentation: Items must be accompanied by the original documentation and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items:

  • Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Jewelry Guarantee and Repairs:

  • One-Year Guarantee: Clara Williams Jewelry is guaranteed for up to one year from the date of purchase. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for inspection.
  • Defective Items: If we determine your piece is defective, we are pleased to offer a complimentary repair.
  • Repairs After One Year: After the one-year guarantee period, you may be charged for repairs, such as plating or stringing.
  • Shipping for Repairs: Standard ground shipping for repairs is $20.00.
